This bracelet has a hefty weight to it. The rubies and diamonds are sparkly and clean- SI to VS. 
The bracelet is not hallmark but when purchased I was informed that it was tested and verified to be 18kt solid gold. 
The piece dates to the 50’s, when jewelry was not always hallmark.
